QUOTE (Wikipedia)

Mario Barwuah Balotelli (born 12 August 1990) is an Italian footballer who plays for Serie A club Internazionale. He is known for being a pacey striker with great technical ability who can play anywhere along the front line. He is also a good set-piece taker.

Balotelli was born in the Italian city of Palermo and is the son of Ghanaian immigrants Thomas and Rose Barwuah, who then moved to Bagnolo Mella, Brescia. In 1993, at the age of three, the Barwuah family agreed to entrust Mario to the Balotelli family; the legal move was successively formalized by the Court of Brescia. Balotelli later accused his biological parents of “glory hunting” stating that they only wanted him back when he became famous. They resided in Concesio, a town and comune in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy. According to Law 91 of 5 February 1992,[5] Balotelli had to wait until his 18th birthday in order to request Italian citizenship, as his adoption was never made definitive, which he officially gained on 13 August 2008.

Overall Opinion
For me, Mario Balotelli has become a key fixture in my Inter Milan squad, this just in 2009-2010 season. He is extremely strong as well as being fast enough to beat most defenders. He played most of the season as a forward on the right or an attacking midfielder again on the right. His positioning can be a problem sometimes but nothing serious, the only occasion was when he drifted infield instead of sticking tight to the wing, it really is nit-picking however, at the start he can be bought for around the £6m mark and requires a contract of about £16,000. He quickly increases in price and I have had continuous offers from Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea offering in excess of £20m. As you can see from his stats below he is a good all round attacking player and loves to run-off defenders, he has made experienced defenders look stupid. He also draws fouls which is a bonus as his free-kick stats are good and he should score quite a lot of them throughout the season.

Reduced: 78% of original size [ 1023 x 610 ] – Click to view full image

As you can see he is a solid player stats wise and has a brilliant return on goals and assists, keep in mind over half those games he played in the attacking midfielder role for most games. He was so influential during my champions league run he was named in the EURO team of the season.

His report from my Assistant manager Baldini is also glowing.

Reduced: 78% of original size [ 1022 x 323 ] – Click to view full image

Conclusion

Mario Balotelli is a brilliant asset, he has the potential to become one of the best in game and in my game in particular, there is no club in the game he couldn’t instantly move to. The offers from the worlds best in my particular game shows his ability and the fact that he has kept the likes of Carlos Tevez and Adriano out of my Inter squad speaks for itself.

QUOTE (Wikipedia)

Davide Santon (born 2 January 1991 in Portomaggiore, province of Ferrara) is an Italian footballer who plays for Serie A club Internazionale.

He is a product of the Internazionale youth system. He is an attacking right back, with the ability to play also on the left side.

On January 21, 2009 he made his debut for the senior team in a Coppa Italia match against Roma, starting directly from the first minute. Inter won the match 2-1. On January 25 Santon made his Serie A debut for Inter in a 1-0 victory against Sampdoria. He then started the next games, being praised by head coach José Mourinho for his personality and tactical versatility. He played as a starter the entire Milan derby on February 15, ended in a 2–1 win for the nerazzurri.

Recently, he has also become subject of praise from Italy national football team head coach Marcello Lippi, who defined Santon “a predestined that reminds of a young Paolo Maldini”.

He also played in Inter’s home draw with Manchester United, playing directly against FIFA Player of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo and showing great performances against the Portuguese winger. Cristiano Ronaldo self said about him: “I was impressed by Santon; he is a really interesting lad and a great footballer. Santon is now regarded as one of the finest prospects in Italian football having broken through into Jose Mourinho’s squad this season.

Overall opinion
So far in my 2 seasons at Inter Davide Santon hasn’t featured in my first team, this being due to my Wingbacks (Maicon and Maxwell) performing excellently and consistently. Though now I have sold Maxwell he will feature a lot more for the first team, over the period of my 2 seasons his name has repeatedly popped up in my U20’s reports as a constant performer, now he has reached 19 he is becoming more and more dangerous in the U20s set-up. His stats are pretty average as it stands. With the right training however he does have the potential to become one of the best right sided players in the world. He can play as a left-back but he tends to be quite awkward and much prefers it on the right side of the field. At the start he can be purchased for a shade over £2m and quickly begins to repay that. He is perfect for a mid to low premier league club at the start and towards the peak of his career can nestle into most clubs.

Reduced: 78% of original size [ 1023 x 488 ] – Click to view full image

His report from my assistant manager Baldini is very promising, saying that Santon could be the next Messi!

Conclusion
Overall, Santon would be a perfect acquisition for any club, whether you want to use him straight away or nurture his great talent, a definite must buy for me

The Lower Leagues It is often hard starting with a lower league club due to a number of things; lack of finance, lack of quality players and small stadiums. But here is some tips I feel could help you venturing into the lower leagues:1. Raid the free transfer market, look for ex- premiership players who may join you because in the lower leagues you need some high level experience. 2. Look for potential parent clubs that are willing to send their young players on loan to you without you paying any of their wages 3. Budget adjustment, make yourself with more wages than transfer fees. The majority of players you will sign will be free agents. 4. Arrange some friendlies with some big premier league or championship clubs so you can get money from the gate receipts. This will help improve the club’s finances. 5. The type of tactic you will want in the Lower Leagues will be a direct, long ball tactic. You don’t need to play Arsenal football in the lower leagues, it’s about getting a target man and getting goals! And finally…. 6. Try and tie down more of your players to full time contracts so you can reach closer to making your club fully professional! I hope these tips helped, good luck! ********* By LT

Ross McCormack

Background Info

Ross McCormack is an Scottish Winger/Forward who plays his trade for Cardiff City in the English Championship. He is 22 and made his Scotland debut away to the Czech Republic as a late subsitute with club mate(At the time) David Clarkson. He has featured in one squad since them but pulled out due to a hamstring injury. This season he has hit 11 goals for Cardiff, mostly penalties. His former Clubs include Rangers, Doncaster(Loan) and Motherwell.

FM Information

Ross will be hard to obtain in the first season as he has just recently transfered from Motherwell to Cardiff in the summer. But after one season you should be able to obtain him for around £800,000-£1m. He is right footed but he is best suited to playing at the AML postion, as he has an act of cutting inside and shooting from distance, he also could play as the centre forward as he is naturally developed in that postion. He would be better off playing with a target man along side him to have a big man little man partnership.Would be suited for A premierleauge Fulhamish club and lower and would go as high as good enough for the old firm in Scotland.

Strengths

Penalty Taking (16) – Known for this in real life but will score most penalties if given chance to.

Work Rate(16) and Determination(17) – I have grouped these together as i feel both show, you have a great mental player who will work hard and will be determined to win at all costs.

Finishing (13) – Not the greatest, but hey the guy will score and that my friends is a fact.

Weaknesses

Tackling(7) – As he’s a striker its common that his tackling is poor.

Long Throws(6) - Again poor as expected!

Overall Rating -I’d give Rosco a 6.7/10 – He isn’t the greatest but he has potential and is very consistent.
