Football Manager Patches : A joy or An Annoyance ?
As all of you know Sports Interactive recently made their third patch of the year for Football Manager 2009. Is this a good thing because the patches improve the game and make it more realistic. Or is it bad because we have already had a whole host of bugs which hopefully by now have been fixed.
There are good reasons to having the patches. The transfers are updated and it makes the game feel like more of a real life experience. Also it does correct the bugs in the game which also makes the game a more enjoyable experience.
Although the question I’m asking is is it a good thing that all the bugs have been corrected? In my opinion the game should be checked for bugs and then there would be no problem with the game. For me the release of the game and the usage of the default patch is pointless as it is a for gone conclusion that there will be many bugs and that a patch will soon be on it’s way. The number of bugs I have noticed this year has been a huge increase on previous seasons. Is it by mistake that these bugs have become apparent. Or is it complete carelessness that these bugs have accidently been created. In my opinion Sports Interactive need to take a better look at the game and make sure the annoying bugs are not in the game!
Although what’s your view
