All you have to do is find the thread called " Faded icon request" and in that topic just ask nicely what team badge you want and add a team badge if you have one. Then Rabbusby will assist you and add it ASAP.

However, if you support a team like Man Utd or AC Milan the chances are that they are already added. So go to user CP --> Edit Profile information and you should find a field for you to edit.
