Scene Forum Rules

1. No Free boards, meaning Invisionfree etc
2. You must have 25 non-spam posts to create a thread
3. One thread per website
4. Notify a staff member if a site closes down
5. If your topic is closed, PM a staff member and DO NOT create a new one
6. Your forum must be using legal software, we do not want to be associated with sites with illegal software.
7. Your site must be a football- or FM-related site.
