started a new game in russian league with a lesser team spartak nalchik

got some issues with this unknown team
1) started with 9 forginers, what's the max number of forginers in russian league?
2) only 1M to spend. how to get more money? can i loan from bank?
3) good russian players are to very expensive. any cheap russians to recommed?

i bought the following russians
1) oleg vlasov AML 23 150k - saturn
2) orehov DC 23 free - kuban
3) artem pershin DMC 19 600k - saturn
4) dimitri gobulov FC 21 300k - FC mosow

i scouted a young russian striker called eugene lutensko 19 SC - torpedo moscow
any good?
also looking at krill orlov 24 DRC - khimmi ... good?
aslo looking at russian keepers... any cheap n good 1?

my main weakness is attack.
no good strikers only 1 brazilan called ricardo jesus
