I've still got Notts County, in the league one now... i had the problem with bringing in too many new players at the very start, but in january i only got like 5 new guys, and same with the new season.. and my team was given 3-1 odds to win the league, so we got off to a decent start. but now we're struggling..
my team has jose baxter, felipe caicedo, fred sears and a bulgarian on loan from russia up top, with scott sinclair too but he plays attacking mid mostly... my team has damn good players but we just aren't performing too well...
during the game ill put my team tactics to "attacking" and "get ball forward" if im behind in the 2nd... and to "defend" and "retain possession" if im up late.. but is there anything else i can do that will continually help, or help my team more that im not doing? anything will help.. thanks!!

How can I help my team perform better?

If you're trying to win with "Wonderkids", buy a couple of experienced players - 28 years old or so, in defence or centre-midfield.
I always do it and I'd say it's crucial to a sides success. When the younger kids lose focus late on, the older ones will keep them focused :D
