During a game im getting comments like these from my assistant manager....

It looks like "blah blah" is used to closing down more than asked to today.

    or

"Blah blah" acts like he is used to playing at a higher tempo than asked to today.

Can i change any settings or alter the way these players play?
    Thanks for any advice.

If you go to the tactics, and click the 'views' tab, you can select the one you want and tamper the tactic of each player.

Assistants don't always give good advice! Be careful about changing anything!

Yeah, Leeds is right, but a lot of the time, they do give pretty amazing advice...

Can the tempo be adjusted for each player in this way?

    Im getting....

"Blah blah" acts like he is used to play at a higher tempo than asked to today.

Also is there any way to adjust the closing down permanantly as i get the same mesage for the same player in each game.

    Cheers

Yeah, instead of "Team Instructions", click on "Player Instructions".

To do it permanently, on a non-matchday go to your squad team, then "Tactics" and edit it from there (Y)
